If your Triton is used for recreational purposes and you want to improve its stance, ride and handling significantly, then our Forty20 suspension kit was created with you in mind.
Up front is our Dynamic Tune strut/spring combination that'll get you around a 40mm lift. Rather than sticking with the stock rear leaf packs, as is the case with our levelling kit, we supply a pair of much better quality two stage comfort springs that have been set to provide around a 20mm lift, rather than the more common 40mm lift.
The Forty20 kit is only available with our Dynamic Tune front struts and rear shocks and the result is a far superior riding, driving and handling Triton and one that will handle a load better than the stock vehicle. The rear springs are slightly firmer than the stock comfort springs you'll find in the higher-spec Tritons, but the ride is more controlled and comfortable. The Forty20 kit is a big step up over the stock Triton suspension.
Using our pet MR Triton as an example (see the product pics), this kit will take a new stock Triton from 530mm (before) to around 570mm (after) in the front and 570mm (before) to around 590mm (after) in the rear. Note that these figures are ballpark and there are variances from vehicle to vehicle, and any Triton that's had a bit of use could well be under the above 'before' figures due to spring sag.
Each kit includes shortened front bump stops and a tailshaft spacer should you're Triton's two-piece tailshaft not get on well with the lift. There is a very good chance the spacer won't be required as this kit only lifts the rear around 20mm. Our MR Triton, for example, has been vibration free.
Note: The Forty20 lift kit uses rear springs rated for a 0-300kg constant load. If you run a canopy / service body / drawers / water tanks etc, or tow a larger van/heavy trailer you'll need one of our 40mm lift kits and heavier leaf packs to deal with the additional weight.
